01 Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through:
• Mail communication
Cancellation will stop future automatic renewals.
The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

02 No Immediate Termination of Active Plan

Cancellation does not result in:
• Immediate suspension of paid features
• Refund of subscription fees for the ongoing billing cycle
Users will continue to have access until the subscription expiry date.

03 Account Deletion vs Subscription Cancellation

• Subscription cancellation stops future billing
• Account deletion results in loss of access to services
Users should cancel subscriptions before requesting account deletion to avoid future charges.

04 Service Suspension by MOBIHUB

MOBIHUB may suspend or terminate services without prior notice in cases of:
• Violation of Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent or unlawful activities
• Submission of false verification or KYC information
No cancellation or refund benefits will apply in such cases.
