1. Subscription & Service Payments
MOBIHUB may offer paid subscription plans or service upgrades within the application. By purchasing a subscription, users agree to the pricing, billing cycle and payment terms displayed at the time of purchase.
2. No Refund Policy (General Rule)
All subscription fees and service payments are non-refundable once the subscription period has started.
Refunds will not be provided for:
• Partial usage of subscription period
• Change of business requirements
• User dissatisfaction after feature usage
• Failure to cancel before renewal
• Incorrect data entry or compliance issues
3. Exceptional Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
• Duplicate payment or accidental multiple charges
• Technical errors resulting in inability to access core paid features
• Payment deducted but subscription not activated
• Legal requirement to issue refund under applicable law
Users must raise refund requests within 7 days of the transaction date.
4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
• Refund will be processed to the original payment method
• Processing timeline may take 7–10 working days depending on payment provider or bank
5. Cancellation Policy
Users can cancel subscription renewal anytime.
Cancellation will stop future billing only and does not provide refund for current active period.
6. Service Suspension
No refund will be issued if account is suspended or terminated due to:
• Violation of Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent or unlawful activity
• Submission of false verification data
